Indoor Cycling and Bootcamp In Burnaby
Are you looking for an EASY way to make fitness part of your lifestyle?
Metro Taekwondo Studio in Burnaby is now home to a number of spin bikes and fitness equipment. If you are tired of the same old gym routine and tired of paying expensive gym fees then indoor cycling is a great option. Our state-of-the-art cycles allow you to control your resistance and speed to suit your fitness level. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced cyclist we have a class for everyone!
Our cycling class schedule is as follows:
- Monday 6:30pm-7:15pm (45mins)
- Tuesday 5:45pm-6:30pm (45mins)
- Thursday 5:45pm-6:30pm (45mins)
- Saturday 10:30am-11:30am (60mins)
You can register and reserve a bike up to 5 days in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Classes are $10/class or you can buy a 12 class punch card for $100.
Our fitness bootcamp takes you outdoors with the good weather and combines a variety of strength training, cardio and toning exercises. But don't worry, if the weather turns, we take our routine indoors and continue to sweat. We meet Saturday mornings from 9:30-10:30am. If you are really keen you might stay for both the bootcamp and the 10:30am cycle class!
Our summer bootcamp begins June 21st 2016 and runs Tuesday/Thursday 6:30-7:30pm for 9 weeks until Aug 18th 2016. Space is limited, all participants must pre-register before attending.

Come join us Monday nights at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 9am for our fitness kickboxing class! Get your stress out by hitting the pads, come home refreshed and all without the bruises and injuries of your typical kickboxing class! This one is MUST do! Punch passes which you can use at your discretion are available for this class, please speak with staff for more details.
